Shipping and Return policy

Return Policy

We do returns within 7 days. This means that from the day you got your item, you have 7 days to request a return.

To be eligible for return, the item must be in the exact condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon arrival and let us know immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll work to resolve the issue quickly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted. If you have questions about your item, feel free to contact us.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your item was shipped to the EU, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must be returned unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All items are made to order. It takes 5 to 10 business days in production before the item is ready to ship.
Additional time may be needed for a custom order. If this is the case, an estimated time of processing for the particular custom item will be provided individually to the customer.

Shipping Destinations
We ship locally and internationally.

Shipping Carriers
We do not use specific carriers for shipments, and carriers are chosen according to their availability and the destination.

Shipping Times
After your order has been processed and completed, it will be shipped out immediately. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Tracking Information
We cannot provide tracking information on shipments at this time.

International Shipping
International orders may take more time to arrive due to customs and other international logics. Any customs, import duties, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delays
Although we try to meet the processing and shipping timeframes, there may be unforeseen delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
